The building revitalizes the surrounding square with a high-quality intervention that attracted tenants like Satispay. Next Sense was integrated into the project as the essential tool to surpass the already high design expectations. While the building was originally designed to meet top-tier standards like NZEB, LEED Platinum, and BREEAM Very Good, Next Sense ensures it exceeds these goals. Through advanced AI, the platform continuously optimizes thermal performance and energy use, pushing the building to its peak efficiency. For tenants, Next Sense provides the ability to monitor and control energy consumption, offering peace of mind that they’ve invested in a futuristic, eco-friendly asset.
